I served as an executive at Gruppo Telecom Italia and worked as a strategic consultant for organizations including Olivetti, Infostrada, Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato, ENI, CDP, CDP Venture Capital, Intesa Sanpaolo, Wind, Sky, Gruppo Poste Italiane, and the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, on youth and sports policy. For over 30 years, I've navigated complex situations alongside some of the most important Italian and international organizations: transformations, repositioning efforts, moments of crisis and relaunch — junctures where the stakes were high and decisions truly mattered. I've led complex programs in high-pressure contexts, built positioning through delicate moments, and directed high-impact strategic initiatives. Every organization I've worked with faced a different challenge — but the common thread has always been the same: reading a moment of change clearly, and finding the best way through it, with respect for everyone involved. I was co-founder and CEO of the World Cinema Foundation, alongside Martin Scorsese: an international non-profit project dedicated to restoring and preserving films from around the world, in collaboration with some of the most important directors on the international scene. These different seas — institutions, business, culture — have taught me that the hardest challenges resemble each other more than it seems, whatever the context. In recent years, I've brought this same strategic reading to the individual journeys of managers and professionals navigating a role change, a new sector, or rebuilding professional confidence after a setback. This work is also rooted in my long-standing experience as a community builder — from Talent Garden to Maker Faire Rome EU Edition to Growth Lab. Today, what interests me most is exactly this: listening to the stories of people going through a moment of change, and figuring out together how to navigate it well.
